Music on Blogs...

Hey friends...can anyone help my friend and I out? We need to know how to add music to our playlists on our blogs if the song is not found in the database of the "Project Playlist" website. Can we add songs that are on our computer, Itunes, or Ipods?
Help some sisters out. Thanks in advance.
