To Mississippi (again) 1196 miles later!

We had one of the BEST weekends we've had in a LONG time! We left Thursday night @ 9PM from Waco and got to Jackson, MS @ 4AM. Forrest interviewed with a small HS there for a head coach position, just to see what happens. Our main reason for going was to attend Bryce & Joanna's wedding weekend (MSU friends) Bryce & Forrest are great friends and I knew Bryce because he was "Bully" the mascot while I danced at MSU. It was SO good to see some of our dear friends all together again and all married! This picture was taken at the reception...it was still Christmas there! So fun and we all got our jam on! :)

This picture is of "most" of the "Wives" Club. From L: Betsy, Julie (Dallas), EJ (Waco), Jill (Indiana), Rebecca (Jackson), and "little man," Coburn (Dallas). Thanks to Dr. & Mrs. Wiley we spent a good bit of time hanging out at their home...we even took a dip in the hot tub in the 30 degree weather! (no pictures of that) :)

And also it wouldn't be a true MSU wedding without lots of cowbells to grab at opportune times to "make some noise." Every time a bell rings they wedding couple had to kiss...I still think they have some to catch up on!

I couldn't help but put a picture of each of us with Coburn Reese, 7 mos. old. Isn't he so cute! Especially as a Bulldog fan! :)

Here is a picture of my KD friends from MSU. We got together Saturday morning for brunch. From LtoR: Mary Katherine, Jenny, Natalie, and Elizabeth. Mary Katherine's little boy, Campbell, joined us too...now I'm not sure why he wasn't in the picture...but he's precious. Natalie...thanks for being such a gracious hostess and being flexible with our "early morning" schedule.

Alrighty...that about does it. We really did enjoy this wonderful weekend. Congrats again to Bryce & Joanna...soak up the sun in St. Lucia for all of us would ya? Love to you all. Don't be strangers! PS- Happy Birthday Brad!
